Building your own swing? These galvanized steel swing hooks with nylon bearings, threaded bar and Karabiner allow you drill a hole through the top bar of your wooden frame and thread the rod through the beam and secure with the two nuts and washers provided with the open end of the J being up against the underside of your timber beam, creating a sealed loop, to allow you to attach most rope swings to the karabiner hanging below. Please remember you need a swing hook for each swing rope you want to attach, so that's 2 swing hooks for each swing seat.
