Returns and Exchanges

Customers have the right to return a product if the item is faulty.

Faulty goods will be fully refunded, if we are unable to rectify the issue with replacement parts. In this case we will pay the return postage. We Adventure Toys Ltd must be notified of any faults within 30 days from the delivery date of the order, to allow us to arrange replacement parts or a return with you, after this time please contact us and we will do our best to help, we know Birthdays, Christmas and life mean delays in things. 

Non-faulty goods must be returned within 21 days after receiving the product. The cost of the goods will be refunded. They must be returned in their original packaging, and un damaged. All shipping will be at the cost of the customer. Please contact us to let us know you are returning an item, so we can look out for it coming back, refunds are made within 7 working days of the item arriving back with us but usually sooner. 

All returned toys must be returned in their original packaging, with additional packing added if required, to ensure the item returns to us in the best condition possible, if this is not possible please let us know and we will advise you of other options. 

If the item is returned outside of the time periods provided above, we may refuse the return or provide a full refund, but please contact us, we will do our best to help.
